Lifting And Operation Mechanism Of Electric Hoist

Electric hoist is composed by three parts. They are lifting mechanism, running mechanism and electrical device. Lifting mechanism makes the wire rope drives the hook device rising or falling. That rotate with hollow axle driving drum through speed reducer.

Speed reducer are all adopt helical gear with three stage reducer. Gear and shaft are processing of alloy structural steel or oil steel. Then the speed reducer processed by hot treatment to ensure it could be reliable and service life. The box body and cover are made of cast iron. It usually has good shock absorption performance and reliable sealing.

Drum using seamless steel manufacturing. It uses spline transmission power. Drum shell is welded by steel plate. The The reel device is the core part of gourd. The plates is connect with operation mechanism. Both sides are connected with the lifting gear motor respectively. The wire rope and hook device is in combining working. Installing a limited guide rod device above the front shell. The hook is forging by steel which is in high quality. The running mechanism consists of electric car,running  motor, reducer, driven car and other components. Running mechanism make the motor do reciprocating movement through the side plate and the reel device.
