Electric Wire Rope Hoist Stuck

Electric wire rope hoist is very easy to get stuck by wire rope because of not appropriate operation or damaged guide rope device. Sometimes the wire rope is stuck in the gap of drum and motor. Generally speaking operator only should remove the motor to take out the wire rope easily. But this method  will be a bit cumbersome in actual operation. Welding a retainer ring is simple and convenient. This method can avoid broken and fracture. And it also extend the service life of the electric hoist and reduce the danger effectively.
When you install the rope clamp, you should be more careful. U type bolt should buckle at the end of the wire rope. Electric wire rope hoist holder should not be arranged alternately on the steel wire rope. The distance between the rope is about six or seven times than the diameter of the steel wire rope. The rope should be based on the diameter size of wire rope.
Certainly the rope should be selected by diameter size of nominal rope. Clamping wire rope should be smooth, flat and without any burrs.
You should pay attention to change rope clip holder if there is obvious light traces formed by slip friction.
The rope which is most far from wedge has to fasten alone in order to fixed end of electric wire rope hoist get uniform force. Three rope clamp should tighten slowly at the same time. The rope which is nearest from wedge should close to wedge block as far as possible. You must check the nuts regularly after a period of time.

Classification Of Lifting Equipment

Lifting equipment can be divided into light and small lifting equipment, lift, cranes and overhead monorail system and other types according to different structure. Light and small lifting equipment mainly includes  hoisting tackle, sling, jack, manual hoist, electric hoist and ordinary winch. Most of them are in small volume, light weight and easy to use. Mostly are driven by manpower and applicable to the situation which without hard work except electric hoist and winch. They can use alone and some can also regarded as hoisting mechanism of crane. The lift is mainly for vertical or near vertical movement. Lift has a fixed lifting line. It includes lift, elevator, mine hoist and hopper lifter. Crane is a hoisting equipment.
All kinds of cranes shall be installed and indicate signs. And  install hoisting limiter, load control, interlocking switch device according to the need. Trial hoisting should be checked before using. Steel wire rope mus be arranged in neat rows on the drum. Tail is clamped and retain more than three circles at least. Certainly you could not change the performance of the crane arbitrarily. You should obey the signal of command staff in operation. It should be suspended operation when the signal is unknown because it may cause the accident.
