When the power is temporary blackout and then recovery of power supply, self locking control circuit will not switch on. Because the self-locking contact of  contactor has been disconnected. There is no current through the contact coil. The normally open contact will not be closed. So the motor will not start working by themselves. It means that it could avoid accident occur. This protection is called loss pressure protection.

When the line voltage drops, the motor torque will be reduced. At this time, the speed will be dropped, too. This has an influence on motor working. Certainly if the voltage has been dropped seriously, it may damage the motor. When the power supply voltage is reduced to a certain value and click the operation button, the flux of contactor coil will be weaken, the moving iron core will release, the normal open auxiliary contact will be disconnected and even loose self-locking function. At the same time, the main contact will be disconnected, too. So the motor has been gotten effective protection.

Be Careful To Storage Hoist Lifting Equipment

No matter large hoist lifting equipment or small hand hoist, uninterrupted work are always little. And there often leave a period of free time. Electric wire rope hoist is very easy to get stuck by wire rope because of not appropriate operation or damaged guide rope device. Sometimes the wire rope is stuck in the gap of drum and motor. When you install the rope clamp, you should be more careful. U type bolt should buckle at the end of the wire rope. Electric wire rope hoist holder should not be arranged alternately on the steel wire rope. The distance between the rope is about six or seven times than the diameter of the steel wire rope. The rope should be based on the diameter size of wire rope.
Certainly the rope should be selected by diameter size of nominal rope. Clamping wire rope should be smooth, flat and without any burrs.

4.The operator should stand on the same plane with the bracelet round when pulling the chain. When you rotation the hand chain wheel along the clockwise, it can make the heavy lifted. Reverse pulling the chain can make the weight get down slowly.
5.Don’t stand or do other walking action under the weight when lifting to avoid the big accident.
6.Either increase or decrease the weight when lifting, you should pull the chain gently to avoid the hand chain beating or snap ring.
7.If you find hand rally is larger than normal, you must stope immediately. Because it will damage the inner structure and even cause objects falling accident.
8.You should handle it gently after using, and put it in the environment with dry and ventilation. You had better smear lubricant oil before storage.
