Using Rules For Chain Hoists

Our manual hoisting equipment reduces the physical effort required for lifting and handling operations that improves the working conditions and makes the operations safer. When using the chain hoist, you should be pay attentions to the followings:
1.Don’t use with cable-stayed or overload.  You also could not do other power operation except manpower.
2.Ensure every part is intact before using, the transmission part and the lifting chain is in good lubrication and idling condition is normal.
3.Check the hook up and down are hung before  lifting. At the same time, you should hanging the lifting chain vertically. You have to ensure that there is no wrong links and lower hook rack of the double chain could not be flip.
4.The operator should stand on the same plane with the bracelet round when pulling the chain. When you rotation the hand chain wheel along the clockwise, it can make the heavy lifted. Reverse pulling the chain can make the weight get down slowly.
5.Don’t stand or do other walking action under the weight when lifting to avoid the big accident.
6.Either increase or decrease the weight when lifting, you should pull the chain gently to avoid the hand chain beating or snap ring.
7.If you find hand rally is larger than normal, you must stope immediately. Because it will damage the inner structure and even cause objects falling accident.
8.You should handle it gently after using, and put it in the environment with dry and ventilation. You had better smear lubricant oil before storage.

When you are selecting the electric hoist, you should take attentions to the basic parameters and quality of the electric hoist.

Lifting height
Electric hoist is regard as a lifting tool and has strict requirements to lifting the height. So you should select the lifting height by the height of the workshop. The conventional lifting height are 6m, 9m, 12m, 18m, 24m, 30m. While it is also could design with non standard according to customer requirements in special occasion,
Hoisting speed
Generally speaking, the electric hoist hoisting speed is divided into two types, single speed and double speed. If there is nothing special requirements, people will use single speed electric hoist. In general,  the lifting speed determines the efficiency of your work. Certainly, the more fast speed you have, the more efficiency you can reach.
Motor power
Different electric hoist adopt different motors. And the same electric hoist are sometimes have several types of the motors. People can choose it by their needing.

Electric hoist use different voltages in different industries. There is Industrial electric with 380v and civil electric with 220v. Even has a series of non standard power supply.
Installation
Electric hoist has two types, trolley type and fixed type. Fixed type also has on fixed and under fixed. People could choose the suitable methods according to the actual situation.

You should pay attentions to the distance between the upper and lower hook. Because some workshops have specific requirements for the electric hoist hook spacing. If you have strict requirements on the hook spacing, low building height of the electric hoist can meet your requirements.
