Working Principle Of Hoist Lifting Equipment

The majority of hoist lifting equipment begin vertical or vertical with horizontal stroke after picking. Working principle of every hoist lifting equipment is similar. Hoist is composed of walking mechanism, hydraulic mechanism, electric control mechanism and supporting mechanism. Hydraulic oil form pressure by the vane pump and get into the end of the liquid cylinder through oil filter, flameproof electromagnetic reversing valve, throttle valve, check valve and balance valve. It make the piston cylinder upward movement and lifting weights.

Hydraulic cylinder piston moved to downward and hydraulic oil enter the liquid cylinder top through the explosion-proof solenoid valve. The return oil back to the tank through balance valve, check valve, throttle valve and explosion-proof solenoid valve. In order to make the elevator falling steadily and braking safe and reliable, it usually set balancing valve in the oil return line.

Security Check For Lifting Equipment

No matter what the industry is, you must take a safety inspection before the lifting equipment working. While you are taking repair and maintenance, you should be more careful. You had better ensure that there is nothing abnormal conditions. If there is something wrong in lifting equipment, we must treatment it in time and ensure hoisting machinery operated safely to avoid accidents. Kill every problem in the bud can not only be responsible for project progress, but also be responsible for the life and property of construction personnel.

1.Check marking and anti dropping device of the hook, they must meet the requirements. The hook must be without cracks, spalling and other defects.

2.The specification and model of wire rope should be meet design requirement. Wire rope wear, broken wires, kink, crushed, bent, broken strands, corrosion all can not exceed the standard.

3.Check the brake rigging, reel and pulley. The pulley should equipped with anti slip groove device. The pulley can rotate flexibly.

4.Reducer runs without sharp metal friction sound, vibration, radiation and other abnormal sound. Reducer lubrication oil, oil level and open gear lubrication all should meet the requirements.

5.There is none fatigue crack phenomenon on the tread and shaft  of the wheel. Certainly wear can not exceed the standard.
