Brake is an important component of the crane system. It will effect the accuracy and reliability of each mechanism motion directly. So workers should check hoisting and luffing mechanism of the two brake status seriously and watch whether the brake is worn or not. Operators should ensure that the drive brake is flexible, brake bracket is intact, the main spring and an auxiliary spring elastic meets the requirements before working.

While the crane system is working, you should open the cover to check if there is any abnormal noise. The main purpose in checking reducer is ensure there is no oil leakage. People had better focus on the observation of broken wires, wear, corrosion, kink and other conditions while checking the wire rope. Mark on the position that in serious wear and broken wire. So that people could tracking and retesting. At the same time, the steel wire rope is effective in the safety position limiter. The plate number is appropriate.


Checking the pulley before installing. The pulley must be flexible. Otherwise the length of the wire rope and pull force can not automatically adjust through balance wheel. It will increase operation risk degree.
